This Privacy Policy explains how Fate Guide collects, uses, stores, and safeguards your information when you use our AI-powered interpretation platform. We are committed to handling your data with transparency and care.
What we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: your email address, authentication identifiers, and any profile details you provide.
- Reading inputs: the questions, reflections, and birth data (date, time, place) you submit to generate readings.
- Payment information: purchase and subscription details needed to provide paid services. Payment credentials are processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Fate Guide.
- Usage analytics: device type, browser, pages visited, and interaction events, used to improve reliability and UX.
- Cookies & local storage: we use cookies and browser local storage to maintain your signed-in session, remember preferences (such as theme and daily-wisdom toggles), and enhance your browsing experience. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.
How we use your information

- Operate, secure, and improve the service and its features.
- Communicate with you about your account, billing, product updates, and support requests.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication, session persistence, preferences, referral attribution, analytics, and customer-support features. Some service providers may set or read identifiers when their features are used. You can manage browser storage in your browser settings; disabling it may affect features such as staying signed in.
Google Ads and advertising choices
We use Google Ads (Google tag AW-18532020825) for advertising measurement and ad optimization. Google may receive page addresses (without query strings), ad interactions, browser/device information, IP addresses and advertising cookie identifiers. This tag does not send reading inputs, email addresses, payment details, or enhanced-conversion customer matching data. When advertising tracking is permitted, confirmed email registrations started in this browser are reported as signup conversions, with a random event identifier to reduce duplicate counting and no monetary value. Purchases and ordinary dashboard visits are not reported as signup conversions.
In regions requiring consent, and when your region cannot be determined, the tag stays blocked until you accept advertising tracking. Elsewhere it may run unless you refuse or have an applicable privacy opt-out. Use Cookie settings on any page to accept, reject or withdraw your choice. Signed-in account marketing controls also apply. We store a visitor identifier, choice, timestamp, region and the notice shown in your browser, preserving earlier acceptance when you later withdraw. Clearing browser storage removes this local record. Advertising data may be processed by Google outside your country. See Google's Privacy Policy.

AI processing
Your inputs are processed by third-party AI service providers to generate your readings. These providers may process prompts, chart data, and generated outputs according to their service terms and data-handling commitments. We do not sell your personal information. Prompts and outputs associated with your account may also be retained by Fate Guide to provide reading history, personalization, support, safety, and service improvement features.
Third-party hosting and subprocessors
Fate Guide relies on reputable infrastructure and service providers to operate, including cloud hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support, and AI inference partners. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services and under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, subject to applicable safeguards.
Data safeguards
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account and reading data. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain account and reading data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Retention periods can vary by data type and service provider. You can request deletion at any time; we will process the request subject to records we must retain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or security purposes.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@fateguide.ai from your account address and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
