These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fate Guide (“Fate Guide”, “we”, “us”), a digital subscription platform providing AI-powered reflective readings. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Fate Guide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Fate Guide. By using the service you represent and warrant that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated.

Nature of readings

All readings, interpretations, and insights are provided for reflective, educational, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make based on the content generated by the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@fateguide.ai of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Customers may cancel their subscription from their account settings to prevent future renewals. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property

All content, software, designs, trademarks, logos, and generated interfaces that make up Fate Guide are the exclusive property of Fate Guide or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • You retain ownership of the questions, birth data, and personal reflections you submit. You grant us a limited license to process these inputs solely to deliver and improve your readings.
  • Subject to applicable law and any third-party rights, you may use AI-generated readings for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not systematically scrape outputs to train competing products or misuse the service.
  • Any feedback you submit may be used by Fate Guide without restriction or compensation.

User conduct

You agree not to use Fate Guide to:
  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Upload harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service without our prior written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

Service modifications

We may add, modify, or discontinue features, plans, pricing, or portions of the service at any time. Where changes materially affect paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the service, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Fate Guide is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fate Guide and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
